摘要
全面推进乡村振兴建设是新时代农村工作中的重点。本文从巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴的有效衔接入手,先简要分析巩固脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴衔接的新要求,再系统分析有效衔接要点的基础上,从产业振兴、人才振兴、生态振兴、文化振兴的角度提出了合理发展乡村振兴拓展脱贫攻坚成果的措施。
Comprehensively promoting the construction of rural revitalization is the focus of rural work in the new era.Starting with the effective link between the achievements of strengthening and expanding poverty relief and rural revitalization,this pa⁃per briefly analyzes the new requirements of consolidating the achievements of poverty relief and rural revitalization,and then systematically analyzes the key points of effective convergence.From the perspective of industrial revitalization,talent revital⁃ization,ecological revitalization,cultural revitalization,the measures to develop rural revitalization and expand the achieve⁃ments of poverty relief are put forward.
