摘要
为解决建筑智能化的相关问题,文章在介绍BIM技术主要特点的基础上,提出建筑智能化各项基本要求,并对建筑智能化的设计、施工与交付运行三个阶段中BIM技术的具体应用进行分析,以期为相关人员提供参考,实现预期的建筑智能化建设目标。
In order to solve the problem of intelligent building,based on the introduction of the main characteristics of BIM technology,this paper puts forward the basic requirements of intelligent building,and analyzes the specific application of BIM technology in the three stages of intelligent building design,construction and delivery operation,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel and realize the expected goal of intelligent building construction.
