基于频域分析的间接式胎压监测算法研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决传统间接式胎压监测频域法估计胎压状态时误差较大的问题,分析误差产生的主要因素为轮速传感器测量误差与频域分析方法精度较低。针对轮速传感器测量误差,设计具有动态遗忘因子的改进递归最小二乘法,在算法运行前期扩大遗忘因子以增强再适应能力,后期减小遗忘因子以获得更好的收敛性,并以此进行误差估计,修正轮速信号。针对频域分析精度较低的问题,基于自回归AR模型建立谱估计模型,采用伯格算法估计模型参数,提取轮速信号共振频率,避免传统谱估计对未观察信号做假设处理导致精度较低的问题。最后根据不同胎压下共振频率的差别设定欠压阈值,以此判定胎压状态。采用实测数据进行仿真实验,结果表明改进算法的准确性得到较大提升,能准确判别胎压状态。 The error of the traditional indirect tire pressure monitoring frequency domain method is large in estimating the tire pressure status.The main factors that cause the error are analyzed,that is,measurement error of the wheel speed sensor and low accuracy of the frequency domain analysis method.In terms of the measurement error of the wheel speed sensor,an improved recursive least square method with a dynamic forgetting factor is designed.The forgetting factor is expanded in the early stage of the algorithm operation to enhance the readaption ability,while it is reduced in the later stage to obtain better convergence.On the basis of this,the error is estimated and the wheel speed signal is corrected.In view of the low accuracy of the frequency domain analysis method,a spectrum estimation model is established based on the autoregressive AR model.The Burg′algorithm is used to estimate the model parameters to extract the resonance frequency of the wheel speed signals,so as to avoid the low accuracy caused by the assumption processing of unobserved signals in the traditional spectral estimation.Finally,the underpressure threshold value is set according to the difference of resonance frequency under different tire pressures to determine the tire pressure status.Simulation experiments were performed with measured data.The results show that the accuracy of the improved algorithm is greatly increased,so it can accurately determine the tire pressure status.
