摘要
目的:观察升气温肾方联合新型针灸治疗产后压力性尿失禁(SUI)的疗效。方法:选取SUI患者83例,随机分为两组,对照组41例单纯采取盆底生物反馈疗法,联合组42例在对照组基础上,采用升气温肾方内服联合新型针灸(腹针揿针+电子隔药灸),连续8周后观察比较两组1 h尿垫试验、国际尿失禁咨询委员会问卷量表(ICIQ-SF)、盆底肌肌力、综合临床疗效,并随访。结果:治疗后两组患者盆底肌肌力、漏尿量、ICIQ-SF评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05);两组间比较,联合组漏尿量和ICIQ-SF评分优于对照组(P<0.05),盆底肌肌力方面组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);综合临床疗效联合组优于对照组(P<0.05);随访产后3个月和6个月的尿失禁发生情况,联合组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以生物反馈疗法为基础,采取中药内服、腹针揿针法联合电子隔药灸,治疗产后压力性尿失禁疗效确切。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Shengqi Wenshen Formula(升气温肾方)combined with new acupuncture in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods:83 patients with SUI were randomly divided into two groups.41 patients in the control group were treated with pelvic floor biofeedback therapy alone,and 42 patients in the combination group were treated with Shengqi Wenshen Formula combined with new acupuncture(abdominal needle pressing needle+electronic medicine separated moxibustion).After 8 weeks,the 1-hour urine pad test,the questionnaire of international urinary incontinence Advisory Committee(ICIQ-SF),pelvic floor muscle strength were observed and compared,and follow-up was performed.Results:After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength,urine leakage and ICIQ-SF score of the two groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05);the urine leakage and ICIQ-SF score in the combination group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in pelvic floor muscle strength between the two groups(P>0.05);the comprehensive clinical effect of the combination group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of urinary incontinence in the combination group was better than that in the control group at 3 and 6 months postpartum(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on biofeedback therapy,it is effective to treat postpartum stress urinary incontinence by using traditional Chinese medicine,abdominal acupuncture and electronic moxibustion.
