摘要
研究了使用次氯酸钠高度净化离子型稀土分解液中氨氮的工艺参数,考察了次氯酸钠加入方式、次氯酸根和铵根物质量之比、反应时间、反应温度对稀土分解液中氨氮净化效果的影响。结果表明,对氨氮净化效果最佳的工艺参数为:次氯酸根和铵根物质量之比为4:1、次氯酸钠平均分4次加入、反应时间60min、反应温度25℃,在此条件下,稀土分解液中氨氮含量显著下降至5mg/L以下,氨氮去除率超过99%。
The process parameters of using sodium hypochlorite to highly purify the ammonia nitrogen in the ion-type rare earth decomposition liquid were studied,and the effects of the addition method of sodium hypochlorite,the ratio of hypochlorite and ammonium radicals,the reaction time and the reaction temperature on the purification effect of the ammonia nitrogen in the rare earth decomposition liquid were investigated..The results show that the best process parameters for the purification effect of ammonia nitrogen are:the ratio of hypochlorite to ammonium is 4:1,sodium hypochlorite is added in an average of 4 times,the reaction time is 60 min,and the reaction temperature is 25℃.Under these conditions,The content of ammonia nitrogen in the rare earth decomposition solution is significantly reduced to less than 5 mg/L,and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen exceeds 99%.
