超深高温高压气井机械分层压裂管柱研究及应用 被引量:2

Research and Application of Mechanical Separate Layer Fracturing String in Ultra-Deep High-Temperature and High-Pressure Gas Well

摘要 现有的高温高压气井分层压裂工艺存在封隔器之间轴向应力过大、封隔器密封效果不好、油管应力过大等问题。在分析了高温高压气井存在的分层的固有难点后从设计上解决管柱存在的问题,设计了机械分层压裂-完井投产一体化管柱。采用永久式封隔器、伸缩管、压裂滑套等工具较好地解决了常规机械分层压裂管柱存在的问题,在不动管柱的情况下实现高温高压气井的分层压裂改造、排液和生产3项功能。该技术已在塔里木油田库车山前地区成功应用14口井,取得了较好的效果。 The existing separate layer fracturing technology for high-temperature and high-pressure gas wells has some problems,such as excessive axial stress between packers,poor sealing effect of packers,excessive tubing stress and so on.After analyzing the inherent difficulties of layering in high-temperature and high-pressure gas wells,the existing problems of pipe string are solved from the design.The integrated pipe string of mechanical separate layer fracturing and completion production is designed.The problems of conventional mechanical separate layer fracturing pipe string are better solved by using permanent packer,telescopic pipe,fracturing sliding sleeve and other tools,and the three functions of separate layer fracturing,liquid drainage and production of high-temperature and high-pressure gas wells are realized without moving the pipe string.This technology has been successfully applied in 14 wells in Kuqa Piedmont area of Tarim Oilfield and achieved good results.
