摘要
目的探讨压力接种训练在胃癌切除术后住院患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2021年4月在西安市中医医院完成胃癌切除术的132例胃癌住院患者作为研究对象,根据随机信封抽签原则分为观察组与对照组,每组66例。所有患者都给予腹腔镜胃癌切除术,对照组在术后给予常规护理,观察组在术后给予压力接种训练护理,护理观察时间为8周。结果观察组的术后住院时间、术后肠鸣音恢复时间、术后肛门排气时间均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理期间的饮食、服药、复诊、行为等遵医依从性均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理后观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃癌切除术后住院患者实施压力接种训练,能促进患者康复,降低并发症的发生,提高患者遵医依从性,从而提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the efficacy of stress inoculation training in inpatients after resection for gastric cancer. Methods From February 2018 to April 2021,132 inpatients who underwent resection for gastric cancer were selected at Xi’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were categorized into an observation group and a control group with 66 patients in each group using random envelope drawing method. All patients underwent laparoscopic resection for gastric cancer. Moreover,the observation group were given stress inoculation training after the operation and the control group were given conventional care after the operation. The nursing was observed for 8 weeks. Results The postoperative length of hospital stay,time to recovery of bowel sound and time to anal exhaust were shorter in the observation group than in the control group( all P< 0. 05). The incidence of complications were lower in the observation group than in the control group( all P< 0. 05). The compliance with diet,medication,follow-up visits,and behavior during the nursing period were higher in the observation group than in the control group( all P<0. 05). The scores of quality of life after nursing were higher in the observation group than in the control group( all P< 0. 05). Conclusion Stress inoculation training can promote the rehabilitation,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the compliance and quality of life in inpatients after resection for gastric cancer.
