摘要
新时代新发展,随着经济水平不断提高,教学模式也在不断改变不断创新,酒店业作为旅游业的重要支柱产业,已成为国家社会的重要发展行业之一,与之对应的酒店管理专业教育也受到了高度重视,校企合作下的高职酒店管理专业实习基地建设被列为工学结合教育要求下的重点教学内容。基于此,本文通过对高职酒店管理专业教学现状和实习基地建设中所存在的不足进行了分析探讨,提出了几点改进对策,以期能够切实提高高职酒店管理专业的实践教学实效。
With the new development of the new era,with the continuous improvement of economic level,teaching mode is constantly changing and innovating.The hotel industry,as an important pillar industry of tourism,has become one of the important development industries of the national society,and its corresponding hotel management professional education has also been highly valued.The construction of the professional practice base of high vocational hotel management under the cooperation of schools and enterprises is listed as the key teaching content under the requirements of engineering combined with education.Based on this,this paper analyzes and discusses the current situation of teaching in the management of higher vocational hotels and the shortcomings in the construction of the practice base,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement,with a view to improving the practical teaching effectiveness of the higher vocational hotel management majors.
