生殖激素对西门塔尔牛屡配不孕的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为探究生殖激素对西门塔尔牛屡配不孕的影响,采用ELISA方法对健康组(16头)和屡配不孕组(3头)4个时期血清的生殖激素E2、PROG、FSH、LH、PGE2、GnRH进行检测,比较两组生殖激素浓度变化。结果显示:屡配不孕组的产后恢复期与第1发情期的E2浓度,第1发情期和第2发情期的FSH浓度,第2发情期GnRH浓度,第3发情期PROG、PGE2浓度均显著低于健康组的生殖激素浓度(P<0.05)。产后第16天、第27天和第41天屡配不孕组E2浓度低于健康组(P<0.05);产后第52天屡配不孕组PROG浓度低于健康组(P<0.05);产后第41天和第58天屡配不孕组FSH浓度显著低于健康组(P<0.05);产后第58天时屡配不孕组LH浓度显著低于健康组(P<0.05);在产后第16天、第41天和第91天屡配不孕组PGE2浓度显著低于健康组(P<0.05);产后第68天屡配不孕组GnRH浓度显著低于健康组(P<0.05)。综上所述,6种激素浓度低于正常值可能会导致屡配不孕,激素变化或可作为评价西门塔尔牛屡配不孕的参考。 In order to explore the effect of reproductive hormones on the infertility of Simmental cattle,the ELISA method was used to detect the reproductive hormones E2,PROG,FSH,LH,PGE2 and GnRH of the healthy group(16)and the repeated infertility group(3)at four stages and compare the changes of reproductive hormone concentrations between the two groups.The results showed that the E2 concentration in the postpartum recovery period and the first estrus period in the multiple infertility group,the FSH concentration in the first estrus period and the second estrus period,the GnRH concentration in the second estrus period,and the PROG and PGE2 concentrations in the third estrus period were significantly lower than the concentration of reproductive hormones in the healthy group(P<0.05).The E2 concentration of the repeated infertility group was lower than that of the healthy group at 16,27 and 41 days postpartum(P<0.05);the PROG concentration of the repeated infertility group was lower than that of the healthy group at 52 days postpartum(P<0.05);FSH concentration in the repeated infertility group at 41 and 58 days postpartum was significantly lower than that in the healthy group(P<0.05);at 58 days postpartum,the LH concentration in the repeated infertility group was significantly lower than that in the healthy group(P<0.05);the PGE2 concentration of the repeated infertility group was significantly lower than that of the healthy group at 16,41 and 91 days postpartum(P<0.05);the GnRH concentration of the repeated infertility group was significantly lower than the GnRH concentration of the healthy group at 68 days postpartum(P<0.05).In summary,the concentration of 6 hormones lower than the normal value may cause repeated infertility.Hormonal changes may be used as a reference for evaluating Simmental’s repeated infertility.
