摘要
多学科诊疗(MDT)符合三级医院的医疗服务重心发展方向,近年来发展迅速。为进一步满足国家分级诊疗制度的推行和疾病诊断相关分类(DRGs)收付费的要求,践行“以患者为中心”的服务理念,推进MDT规范发展,本研究通过大量文献阅读和总结归纳,运用态势(SWOT)分析法,针对三级医院开展MDT过程中存在的优势、机遇和劣势、挑战进行深入分析,并构建三级医院MDT发展的SWOT分析矩阵,提出三级医院发展MDT的建设意见,以促进三级医院更快更好地发展多学科诊疗。
Multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment(MDT)is in line with the development direction of the medical service focus of tertiary hospitals,and has developed rapidly in recent years.In order to further meet the requirements of the implementation of the national hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system and the collection and payment of disease diagnosis related groups(DRGs),practice the“patient-centered”service concept,and promote the development of MDT standards,this research has read and summarized a large number of documents through strength weakness opportunities threats(SWOT)analysis method,in-depth analysis of the advantages,opportunities,disadvantages,and challenges in the development of MDT in tertiary hospitals,and constructing a SWOT analysis matrix for the development of MDT in tertiary hospitals,and proposing the development of MDT in tertiary hospitals opinions to promote the faster and better development of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment in tertiary hospitals.
