摘要
在煤矿企业中最为重要的一项工作就是煤矿开采过程中的安全问题,因为一旦在安全方面发生问题,将会为企业带来无法预测的影响,还会使企业在社会中所拥有的影响力受到影响。然而顶板安全事故的发生率却是所有安全事故中频率最高的,所以,必须将顶板事故开展的预防工作落实到位。但是,在针对顶板事故开展预防工作时,面临着众多困难,有着多重阻碍,其中人为因素则是最为关键的一个原因。同时,顶板事故的预防工作具有不确定性,相关工作者无法将预防工作做到位。在矿山中,如果一旦出现过大的压力,势必会引发顶板事故的爆发。本文深入研究了采煤工作面顶板安全管理以及有效的预防措施。
The most important work in coal mining enterprises is the safety problem in the mining process,because once there is a safety problem,it will bring unpredictable influence to the enterprises.Not only that,but also the influence of enterprises in society will be affected.However,the incidence of roof accidents is the highest among all safety accidents,so the prevention work of roof accidents must be carried out well.However,there are many difficulties and obstacles in the prevention of roof accidents,among which human factors are the most critical one.At the same time,the prevention work of roof accidents is uncertain,and the related workers can't do the prevention work properly.In mines,if excessive pressure occurs,roof accidents will inevitably occur.In this paper,the roof safety management of coal mining face and effective preventive measures are deeply studied.
