摘要
构建系统化、现代化的城市安全保障体系,推进安全发展示范城市建设,对于城市的安全治理能力提出了迫切需求。而随着中心城区建设发展不断提速,城市人口、功能和规模不断扩大,发展方式、城区结构和区域布局发生了深刻变化,城市运行系统日益复杂,安全风险不断增大,电动自行车火灾问题成为了城市安全基础的薄弱环节。
iltputs forward urgent needs forthe city's safety governance capacity for building a systematic and modem urban security system and promoting the construction of a safe development demonstration city.However,with the continuous acceleration of the construction and development of the central urban area,the urban population,function and scale continue to expand,and the development mode,urban structure and regional layout have undergone profound changes.The urban operation system is becoming more and more complex,and the safety risk is increasing.The electric bicycle fire problem has become one of the main weak links in the urban safety foundation.
