摘要
构建智慧灌区信息管理系统是提高灌区水资源利用效率,优化水资源配置的重要途径。在灌区续建配套与节水改造过程中持续推进农田水利向智能化、精细化方向发展,从水源到田间全过程实现灌区管理的系统化、信息化、智慧化是时代发展的需要。基于“灌区智慧平台”建设,按照模块化、配置化、业务综合化和个性化原则,从信息管理系统灌区可视化集中展示系统、灌区管理一张图系统、灌区业务管理系统和移动智能终端四个子系统的开发建设,建设完整的灌区集成信息化应用系统。
Building a smart irrigation area information management system is an important way to improve the efficiency of water use in irrigation areas and optimize the allocation of water resources.In the process of continuous construction and water-saving transformation of irrigation districts,we will continue to promote the development of farmland water conservancy towards intelligent and refined development.It is the need of the times to realize the systematization,informatization and intelligence of irrigation district management in the whole process from water source to field.Based on the construction of the“Irrigation District Smart Platform”,in accordance with the principles of modularization,configuration,business integration,and individualization,the development and construction of the four subsystems includes the information management irrigation area visualization centralized display system,the irrigation area management map system,the irrigation area business management system,and mobile smart terminals.The construction of a complete integrated information application system for irrigation districts can be achieved.
