摘要
就业是高校毕业生最关心的问题之一。那么,要提升高校毕业生的就业率,除了要对学生进行科学的职业规划指导外,还要有策略的对高校学生开展形式多样的就业思想教育,使学生能够正确的认识自我,树立适宜的职业观、价值观,这是做好大学生思想政治教育工作的关键问题之一。本文对如何开展就业思想教育,从而提升毕业生就业率,确保“稳就业”政策顺利推进,提出有效策略方法。
Employment is one of the most concerned issues for college graduates.To improve the employment rate of college graduates,colleges will have to give students scientific career planning guidance and carry out various forms of employment ideological education for college students as well so that students can correctly understand themselves and establish appropriate professional view and values,which is the key of the ideological and political education on college students.The paper puts forward effective strategies for how to carry out employment ideological education to improve the graduate employment rate and ensure the smooth progress of the"stable employment"policy.
