摘要
目的:观察精密输液器持续气道湿化的治疗效果。方法:纳入2017年1月~2019年2月本院收治的重症脑出血需要接受气管插管气道保护的患者72例为研究对象。随机分两组,各36例,用不同气道湿化方法,对照组接受传统定时、间断对气道内注入湿化液的方法,观察组接受精密输液器持续气道湿化的方法,比较两组湿化效果。结果:观察组湿化效果优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精密输液器持续气道湿化治疗,对患者气道湿化效果理想,而且能有效降低并发症发生,安全可靠。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of precision infusion device for continuous airway humidification.Methods:From January 2017 to February 2019,72 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage who required tracheal intubation and airway protection were included as the research objects.Randomly divided into two groups,each with 36 cases,using different airway humidification methods.The control group received the traditional method of regularly and intermittently injecting humidification fluid into the airway,and the observation group received the method of continuous airway humidification with a precision infusion device.The humidification effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The humidification effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The precision infusion device for continuous airway humidification treatment has ideal airway humidification effect for patients,and can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications,is safe and reliable.
