摘要
针对长周期关键设备在EPC项目实施过程中供货周期时间长、采购成本占比高且直接影响项目实施成败等特点,通过对EPC合同进行分析,确定风险点并对风险控制的策略进行充分探讨,从而明确设备采购工作目标,进而通过对目标的分解制定可行的采购实施方案,从而实现采购管理质量、进度及成本控制目标;同时结合既往海外项目工作经验,对设备采购各个阶段的关键控制点及控制方法进行了论述。
According to the characteristics of long supply period,high procurement cost ratio of key equipment in EPC project implementation,which directly affecting the project implementation,this paper analyzes the EPC contract,determines the risk points and discusses fully the risk control strategy to clarify the equipment procurement objectives.Then it formulates feasible procurement implementation plan through the decomposition of the objectives to make feasible procurement implementation plan,so as to achieve the objectives of procurement management quality,progress and cost control,and discusses the critical control points and control methods in various stages of equipment procurement based on the previous experience of overseas projects.
