摘要
12V高功率铅酸蓄电池具备单格功率高、可靠性高、性能优良、安装、维护、使用方便等优点。围绕高功率电池使用特性和短时大倍率放电特性,从板栅、铅膏配方、极板、隔板、装配压力、饱和度等方面综合分析,提出设计思路和方法。
12V high-power lead-acid battery has the advantages of high single cell power,high reliability,excellent performance,convenient installation,maintenance and use.Based on the service characteristics and short-term high rate discharge characteristics of high-power battery,this paper comprehensively analyzes the grid design,lead paste formula,plate design,separator selection,assembly pressure,saturation and other factors,and puts forward the design ideas and methods.
