轴带发电机对于双燃料船舶的设计影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 为充分有效利用主机能源,轴带发电机系统在目前倡导的绿色船舶上的应用已经越来越普遍。轴带发电机本身具备减少滑油消耗、节省费用、改善机舱环境等特点,一直广受船东青睐。文章通过一型双燃料VLEC实船的计算为例,探讨采用轴带发电机对于双燃料推进系统船舶的综合影响,并从船舶运营的经济性和最新碳排放政策要求2个层面来分析探讨轴带发电机作为船用辅助电站的实际作用与效果。研究结果表明:轴带发电机作为船用辅助电站具有显著的优势,双燃料系统的船舶在燃气模式下运营比在燃油模式下运营更加经济、环保。 In order to effectively and sufficiently use the energy of main engine,the shaft generator system is widely used in the currently promoted green ship.Shaft generator has the characteristics of reducing oil consumption,saving fuel cost and improving the machine environment,which make it widely favored by ship owners.Taking the calculation of a built duel fuel VLEC as an example,the comprehensive influence of utilizing the shaft generator on duel fuel propulsion system ship is discussed,and the practical role and effect of using shaft generators as auxiliary power station of duel fuel ship are analyzed from the two aspects of economical efficiency of ship operation and the latest carbon emission policy requirements.
