摘要
提出了互反斜多项式的定义,并且通过运用互反多项式的定义得出了互反斜多项式的阶与多项式本身的阶之间的数量关系.
This paper introduces the definition of the oblique reciprocal polynomial,and applies this definition to get quantitative relation between the order of oblique reciprocal polynomial and the order of polynomial itself.
