车辆与行人碰撞事故重建及行人损伤研究

摘要 目的车辆与行人碰撞事故多发给人民生命财产造成了重大损失,研究行人在真实事故中的生物力学响应,对弱势道路群体损伤防护、降低人员伤亡具有深远意义。方法结合PC-Crash和MADYMO仿真软件对一起真实交通事故进行事故重建与人体损伤复现分析。首先,通过PC-Crash分析得到与事故数据相吻合的碰撞参数;然后,建立肇事车辆的多刚体模型及行人缩放模型,根据相关参数定义MADYMO模型的边界和初始条件。结果仿真模型能很好地重现事故中行人的碰撞运动形态,仿真得到的头部和下肢的生物力学响应参数与行人损伤诊断结果相吻合。结论通过运用多体动力学MADYMO和PC-Crash耦合计算的方法进行事故重建和损伤重建,大大简化实际交通事故重建分析难度,初步证明了模型及方法的有效性,是研究真实事故中弱势道路群体损伤参数的有效工具,对于交通伤法医鉴定及深化交通伤机理研究具有参考价值。 Objective Vehicles collision with pedestrians has caused heavy losses of people's lives and property.Studying the biomechanical response of pedestrians in real accidents is of far-reaching significance for the protection of vulnerable road groups and reducing casualties.Methods This paper combines PC-Crash and MADYMO simulation software to carry out accident reconstruction and human injury recurrence analysis on a real traffic accident.Firstly,Through PC-Crash analysis,the collision parameters that are consistent with the accident data can be obtained.Then the multi-rigid body model and pedestrian zoom model will be established,and these parameters were applied to MADYMO model as boundary and initial conditions.Results The simulation model can reproduce the collision movement of the pedestrian in the accident.The biomechanical response parameters of the head and lower limbs obtained by the simulation are in good agreement with the pedestrian injury diagnosis results.Conclusion The results have shown that accident reconstruction and damage reconstruction can use MADYMO and PC-Crash coupling calculation methods.The methods not only can simplify the analysis of the actual traffic accident reconstruction,but also prove the effectiveness of the model and method.An effective tool for studying the injury parameters of vulnerable road groups which has reference value for the forensic identification of traffic injuries and the deepening of the research on the mechanism of traffic injuries.
