摘要
血管内皮受损可引起血管粥样硬化,导致血栓形成,使血管堵塞、狭窄,进而影响血液循环和血流灌注。血流灌注异常会提高冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病的发生率,故冠心病与血管内皮受损有密切关联。经皮冠状动脉介入是临床治疗动脉血管狭窄或栓塞的有效手段,但是介入治疗具有一定的创伤性,可能会影响最终的治疗效果,需加以改善和预防。近年来,关于经皮冠状动脉介入治疗对内皮功能影响的相关报道较多,现对相关临床文献进行综述,阐述介入治疗改进方法,为减少内皮功能损伤提供参考。
Vascular endothelial damage can cause atherosclerosis,thrombosis,vascular occlusion and stenosis,and then affect blood circulation and blood perfusion.Abnormal blood flow perfusion can increase the incidence of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,so coronary heart disease is closely related to vascular endothelial damage.Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is an effective method for clinical treatment of arterial stenosis or embolism.However,PCI is traumatic and may affect the final therapeutic effect,which needs to be improved and prevented.In recent years,there are many reports about the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention on endothelial function.This paper analyzes the relevant clinical literature,expounds the improvement methods of interventional therapy,and provides reference for reducing endothelial function damage.
