摘要
以羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为聚合单体,亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)和亚硫酸氢钠(SBS)为复合引发剂,并加入氧化石墨烯(GO),采用水溶液聚合法合成了一种具有良好耐盐性的复合型高吸水树脂(SAP)。讨论了温度、中和度、单体质量比、引发剂、交联剂以及GO的使用量等因素对SAP吸水性能的影响,通过红外光谱(FTIR)和热重分析(TG)等进行表征,并测定了其保水性能。结果表明合成SAP最佳条件为:聚合反应温度70℃,中和度70%,CMC质量分数10%,m(AA)∶m(AMPS)=10∶3.5,m(AA)∶m(AM)=4∶1,引发剂、交联剂、GO的使用量分别为1.5%、0.2%、0.5%,根据上述条件制备出的SAP吸纯水倍率为1256 g/g,吸盐水倍率为228 g/g。
A composite super absorbent polymer(SAP)with good salt resistance was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization using carboxymethylcellulose(CMC),acrylic acid(AA),acrylic amide(AM),2-acrylamide-2-methylpropyl sulfonic acid(AMPS)as polymerization monomers,methylene bisacrylamide(MBA)as crosslinker,potassium persulfate(KPS)and sodium hydrogen sulfite(SBS)as compound initiators,and the addition of inorganic oxide GO.The effects of temperature,neutralization,monomer mass ratio,initiator,crosslinker and the amount of GO used on the water absorption properties of SAP were discussed,characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and thermogravimetry(TG),and the water retention properties were measured.The results show when the polymerization reaction temperature is 70℃,the neutralization degree is 70%,m(CMC)=10%,m(AA)∶m(AMPS)=10∶3.5,m(AA)∶m(AM)=4∶1,the amount of initiator used is 1.5%,the amount of crosslinker used is 0.2%,and the amount of GO used is 0.5%,the best synthesis of SAP are obtained.The water absorption of prepared SAP is 1256 g/g,and the salt water absorption ratio is 228 g/g.
