摘要
灌区一般是指有可靠水源和引、输、配水渠道系统和相应排水沟道的灌溉面积,是由水库、渠道、田地、作物组成的一个综合体。伴随着水资源的短缺,为提高水资源的可持续利用,要大力发展灌区。灌区也是人类经济活动的产物,随社会经济的发展而发展。从人民胜利渠建成60多年来和在灌区的运行情况来看,在农田灌溉、抗旱补源、沉沙改土等方面取得了很好的效益和成功经验,在人民治黄历史上画出了浓墨重彩的一笔,成为黄河下游引黄灌溉的一面旗帜。
Irrigation area generally refers to the irrigation area with reliable water source and diversion,transport and distribution channel system and corresponding drainage channels. It is a complex composed of reservoirs,channels,fields and crops. With the shortage of water resources,we should vigorously develop irrigation areas to improve the sustainable use of water resources. Irrigated areas are also the product of human economic activities and develop with the development of social economy. In the past 60 years since its establishment and its operation in the irrigated areas,the People’s Victory Canal has achieved great benefits and successful experience in farmland irrigation,drought relief and source supplement,sand subsidence and soil improvement,etc. It has made a great contribution in the history of People’s Yellow River control and become a banner of Yellow River diversion irrigation in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.
