摘要
硝酸分解磷矿过程中,碘主要分布于酸解尾气中,探究从酸解尾气中富集分离碘。通过对比氢氧化钠溶液吸收和活性炭吸附两种方法,选择活性炭法,探究了活性炭填充高度、尾气流速、填料管温度、亚硫酸浓度和温度、脱附时间对碘富集分离的影响。结果表明,碘的富集率随活性炭填充高度、填料管温度的增大而增大,随尾气流速的增大而先增大后减小;吸附碘活性炭的脱附率随亚硫酸浓度、温度以及脱附时间的增大而增大。在尾气流速1.5 mL/s、活性炭填充高度16 cm、填料管温度25℃条件下吸附,并在1%SO_(2)的亚硫酸溶液45℃脱附1 h,综合富集率达90.10%。
In the decomposition process of phosphate ore with nitric acid,iodine is mainly distributed in the acidolysis exhaust,and the enrichment and separation of iodine from the acidolysis exhaust gas was explored.Compared with sodium hydroxide absorption and activated carbon adsorption,the activated carbon adsorption method was selected for the study.The effects of the filling height of activated carbon,the flow rate of exhaust gas,the temperature of filling tube,the concentration and temperature of sulfite and the desorption time on the enrichment and separation of iodine were investigated.The results show that the enrichment rate of iodine increases with the increase of activated carbon filling height and the temperature of filling tube,and increases first and then decreases with the increase of the exhaust gas flow rate.And the desorption rate increases with the increase of sulfurous acid concentration,temperature and desorption time.The comprehensive enrichment rate can reach up to 90.10%at exhaust flow rate of 1.5 mL/s,filling height of activated carbon of 16 cm,and temperature of filling tube of 25℃for adsorption and desorption under the condition of a slight boiling in a sulfite solution of 1%SO_(2) for 45℃desorption 1 h.
