摘要
基于生态文明建设战略,从绿色创业视角出发,依据生态伦理的自然价值和权力、人类价值和行为、生态公正、道德规范和生态伦理制度化维度,运用QCA方法探究创业者生态伦理对创业意图的影响模型。据此,结合我国创业者现状,指出创业者生态伦理与创业意图影响机制中存在的问题,并在宏观和微观层面提出了优化关系模型的对策建议:创业者应打破原有思维方式,树立人与自然的可持续发展精神;创业企业应进行合理的资源配置,推动经济高质量发展;同时,政府应对符合生态伦理规范的绿色创业者进行激励,政策法规有待进一步规范。
Based on China’s ecological civilization construction strategy,from the perspective of green entrepreneurship,this article explores the impact of entrepreneurial ecological ethics on entrepreneurial intention models based on the natural value and power of ecological ethics,human values and behaviors,ecological justice,ethics,and the institutionalization of ecological ethics.Based on this,this article combines the current situation of entrepreneurs in China,points out the problems existing in the mechanism of entrepreneurs’ecological ethics and entrepreneurial intentions,and proposes countermeasures to optimize the relationship model at the macro and micro levels.Entrepreneurs should break the original way of thinking and establish the spirit of sustainable development of man and nature;start-up enterprises should make reasonable resource allocation to promote high-quality economic development;at the same time,the government should encourage green entrepreneurs keep in compliance with ecological ethics norms,and policies and regulations need to be further regulated.
