摘要
根据国家环境保护标准《水质氨氮的测定蒸馏-中和滴定法》(HJ 537—2009),本文选用标准物质溶液和实际样品,用中和滴定方法测定几组数据,经过计算评定实验室开展水质氨氮检测的能力,即进行方法验证,主要验证计算方法检出限、精密度和正确度等内容。实验结果显示,实验室有能力按照《水质氨氮的测定蒸馏-中和滴定法》(HJ 537—2009)开展水中氨氮的检测。
According to the national environmental protection standard Water Quality Determination of Ammonia Nitrogen Distillation-Neutralization Titratuin(HJ 537—2009),standard substance solutions and actual samples are selected,and several sets of data are measured with neutralization titratuin.After calculation,to assess the laboratory’s ability to carry out ammonia nitrogen detection in water,that is,to carry out method verification.The main contents of verification include method detection limit,precision and accuracy.The experimental results show that the laboratory has the ability to detect ammonia nitrogen in water according to Water Quality Determination of Ammonia Nitrogen Distillation-Neutralization Titratuin(HJ 537-12009).
