摘要
为了安全有效地控制石榴叶斑病,为石榴叶斑病的田间防治提供基础数据。以石榴叶斑病病菌拟盘多毛孢(Pestalotiopsis sp.)和木霉菌(Trichodermaspp.)为供试菌株,用菌丝生长速率法和对峙培养法,测定8种化学农药和10个木霉菌株对石榴叶斑病菌的抑制效果。结果表明,咪鲜胺和丙环唑2种化学农药抑菌效果最好,均达100%;氟硅唑、苯醚甲环唑、百菌清、三唑酮4种农药抑菌效果居中,分别为86.8%、83.3%、79.9%、79.5%;甲基硫菌灵和多菌灵2种化学农药抑菌效果最差,分别为14.9%、13.3%。PZ1、PZ1氟硅唑、PZ1三唑酮、GM6和GM6抗氟硅唑5个木霉菌株抑制率均高于50%,分别为57%、54.5%、51.6%、51.7%、51.2%;Y2抗三唑酮、GM6抗三唑酮、Y2、GD1和GD1抗三唑酮5个木霉菌株抑菌率低于50%,分别为49.6%、48.4%、41.9%、38.7%和39.1%。说明咪鲜胺、丙环唑和PZ1、PZ1氟硅唑、PZ1三唑酮、GM6和GM6抗氟硅唑5个木霉菌株可作为大田防治石榴叶斑病的备选化学农药和生防菌种资源。
In order to safely and effectively control leaf spot of pomegranate, it provides basic data for control of the disease in field. Pestalotiopsis sp. caused p leaf spot of pomegranate was tested the inhibition rates of 8 kinds of chemical agents and 10 Trichoderma strains with mycelium growth rate method and confrontation culture method. The results showed that the best inhibitory effect were Prochloraz and Propiconazole. The inhibitory rates were 100%. The middle inhibitory effect were Flusilazole, Phenylether methyl cycloazole, Chlorothalonil and Triazolidone.The inhibition rates were respective 86.8%, 83.3%, 79.9% and 79.5%. The lowest inhibitory effect were Thiophannate-Methyl and Carbendazim. The inhibition rates were respective 14.9% and 13.3%. The inhibition rates of 5 T. strains PZ1, PZ1 Fluosilazole, PZ1 Triazolidone, GM6 and GM6 resistant to Flusilazole are more than 50%, The inhibition rates were respective 57%, 54.5%, 51.6%, 51.7% and 51.2%. The inhibition rates of Y2 resistant to Triazolidone, GM6 resistant to Triazolidone, Y2, GD1 and GD1 resistant to Triazolidone are lower than 50%. The inhibition rates were respective 49.6%, 48.4%, 41.9%, 38.7% and 39.1%. This indicated that Prochloraz and Propiconazole and T. strains PZ1, PZ1 Fluosilazole, PZ1 Triazolidone, GM6 and GM6 resistant to Flusilazole.could be be used as alternative fungicides and biological agents controlling of leaf spot pomegranate in field.
