摘要
文章研究了某化工厂区炼油项目抗爆控制室空调系统节能设计,抗爆控制室对化工厂良好健康运行起着重要支持作用,要求各个房间内梯度正压值,减少外部空气对仪表使用的腐蚀,要求有效确定房间送风量,加强气流组织及压力平衡,优化空调节能系统设计,进行必要的抗爆措施和控制联锁处理,提升抗爆控制室空调系统运行效率。
This paper studies the energy-saving design of air conditioning system in the anti-explosion control room of a refinery project in a chemical plant.The anti-explosion control room plays an important role in supporting the good and healthy operation of the chemical plant.It requires the gradient positive pressure value in each room,reduces the corrosion of the external air to the instrument,and requires the effective determination of the air supply volume,the strengthening of air flow organization and pressure balance,and the optimization of the design of the air conditioning energy saving system,Necessary anti-explosion measures and control interlock treatment are carried out to improve the operation efficiency of air conditioning system in anti-explosion control room.
