摘要
利用原油携水特性将低洼处的积水携出是避免集输管道发生内腐蚀的有效手段。针对水平-上倾集输管段原油携水动力学过程和油水界面特性,采用AnsysFluent建立了原油携水流动性模型,利用流体体积(VOF)模型、标准k-epsilon湍流模型和连续界面张力(CSF)模型对油水界面进行求解,对比了不同原油流速和管壁润湿角条件下的流动特性,结果表明:采用Fluent软件对原油携水模型进行数值模拟的方法切实可行,实验值和模拟值具有良好的一致性;随着流速和壁面润湿角的增加,原油携水能力逐渐增强,在亲水性壁面和疏水性壁面条件下,上倾管段积水分别呈分层波浪流和水团流,临界流速的大小与壁面润湿性密切相关。
Using the water-carrying characteristics of crude oil to carry water out of low-lying areas is an effective means to avoid internal corrosion of gathering and transportation pipelines.In view of the crude oil carrying water dynamic process and oil/water interface characteristics of level-updip crude oil gathering and transportation pipeline section,crude oil carrying water mobility model is established by using Ansys Fluent,oil-water interface is solved by using volume of fluid(VOF)model,the stan-dard k-epsilon turbulence model and continuous interfacial tension(CSF)model,the flow character-istics under different crude oil flow rates and wall wetting angle conditions are compared.The results show that using the numerical simulation method for crude oil carrying water model by Fluent software is feasible,and the experimental and simulated values are in good agreement.With the increase of flow velocity and wall wetting angle,the water carrying capacity of crude oil is gradually enhanced.Under hydrophilic and hydrophobic wall conditions,the water in the updip pipe section presents layered wave flow and water mass flow,respectively,and the critical velocity is closely related to the wall wettability.
