摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂对纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)进行表面改性,制备有机改性纳米二氧化硅(O-SiO2),并与环氧树脂(EP)合成EP/O-SiO2纳米复合材料。利用TG、UL-94垂直燃烧测试和锥形量热测试(CCT)等对EP复合材料的力学性能和阻燃性能进行研究。结果表明:一定量的O-SiO2可以提高复合材料的弹性模量,O-SiO2的添加量为10%时,复合材料的弹性模量最大;O-SiO2的加入可以改善EP的阻燃性能,添加量为20%时,复合材料的阻燃效果最好。
Silane coupling agent was used to modify the surface of nano-silica(SiO2) to prepare organic modified nanosilica(O-SiO2), and EP/O-SiO2 nanocomposites were synthesized with epoxy resin(EP) and O-SiO2. The mechanical properties and flame retardancy of EP composites were studied by TG, UL-94 vertical combustion test and cone calorimetry(CCT). The results show that a certain amount of O-SiO2 can improve the elastic modulus of composites and the elastic modulus of composites is maximum when the content of O-SiO2 is 10%. The addition of O-SiO2 can improve the flame retardancy of EP. When the addition amount is 20%, the flame retardant effect of the composite is the best.
