高承载力CFG桩复合地基的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 广西南宁某住宅小区超高层建筑复合地基承载力特征值达到620~650 kPa,基于该项目CFG桩复合地基的应用情况,统计分析四栋高层建筑的单桩增强体Q-s曲线、复合地基P-s曲线和建筑物沉降观测数据。分析结果表明,该地区高层建筑应用高承载力CFG桩复合地基是可行的;该项目CFG桩以岩石作桩端持力层,承载力较高,设计和施工时应适当调整褥垫层厚度以充分发挥单桩承载力高的优势;《高层建筑岩土工程勘察标准》采用实测的复合地基变形模量计算沉降的计算结果与实际较为接近,但仍存在一些不足。 The characteristic value of bearing capacity reaches 620~650 kPa in a super-high-rise building in a residential area in Nanning,Guangxi.Based on the application of CFG pile composite foundation,the single pile reinforcement Q-s curve,composite foundation P-s curve and building settlement observation data of the four high-rise buildings in the project are analyzed.The analysis results show that it is feasible to apply high-capacity CFG pile composite foundation for high-rise buildings in this area.The CFG pile of this project uses rock as the bearing layer of the pile end,which has a high bearing capacity.The thickness of the cushion layer should be adjusted appropriately during design and construction to give full play to the advantages of single pile high bearing capacity.The Geotechnical Engineering Investigation Standard for High-Rise Buildings uses the measured composite foundation deformation modulus to calculate the settlement and the results are relatively close to the actual,but there are still some deficiencies.
