摘要
针对矿用三相异步电动机传统保护方法的不足,提出一种基于LabVIEW的在线状态监测与故障诊断系统,具体包括数据采集与监测系统、数据回放系统。以改进的希尔伯特-黄变换(HHT)为主、快速傅里叶变换(FFT)和时域统计为辅,对电机的典型故障进行分析与诊断。通过仿真验证了系统的准确性。以轴承故障为例进行了实验研究,验证了该系统可靠性和稳定性。最后将其应用于工程实际中,进一步验证了该系统的实用性。
In view of the shortcomings of the traditional protection methods for mine three-phase asynchronous motor, proposed an online state monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on LabVIEW, which specifically includes a data acquisition and monitoring system, and a data playback system. Taking improved Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT) as main, fast Fourier transform(FFT) and time-domain statistics as auxiliary, the typical faults of the motor were analyzed and diagnosed. The accuracy of the system was verified through simulation. Taking bearing failure as an example, an experimental study was conducted to verify the reliability and stability of the system. Finally, it was applied to engineering practice to further verify the practicability of the system.
