摘要
圆锥滚子轴承零件的运动形态比较复杂,因此,研究其在不同工作时段下的动态响应、各零件的冲击以及零件间相互运动关系,对于圆锥滚子轴承的设计具有重要实际工程价值,并可作为轴承优化设计的参考依据。以煤矿机械常用的SKF 32968圆锥滚子轴承为研究对象,构造了该轴承的多柔性体有限元显式动力学计算模型,并在此基础上对轴承零件的动力学特性以及滚子与保持架的碰撞特性进行了研究。
The movement form of tapered roller bearing parts is more complex. Therefore, the studies of its dynamic response in different working periods, the impact of various parts and the mutual movement relationship between parts have important practical engineering value for the design of tapered roller bearing, and can be used as a reference for bearing optimization design. SKF 32968 tapered roller bearing, which is commonly used in coal mining machinery was taken as the research object, and a multi flexible finite element explicit dynamic calculation model of the bearing was constructed. On this basis,the dynamic characteristics of bearing parts and the collision charoteristics between roller and cage were studied.
