摘要
民猪是我国优良的地方猪种,具有肉质优良、繁殖性能好、抗寒/抗逆性强等特点,种用价值突出,是我国猪肉质改良的首选猪种,是培育适合东北地区气候条件的节能型新品种(品系)猪的优异资源。揭示民猪优良种质特性的遗传物质,是合理利用民猪资源的基础。文章对民猪肉质、抗寒表型的分子机理进行了深入、系统的综述,以期为民猪的保种、利用和产业化发展提供参考依据。
Min pig is an excellent local pig breed in China, which has the characteristics of excellent meat quality, good reproductive performance, strong cold/stress resistance. The seed value of Min pig is outstarding. It is the first choice for pork quality improvement in China and an excellent resource for breeding new and energy saving varieties(strains) suitable for climate conditions in northeast China. It is the basis for rationally use of Min pig in breeding to reveal the molecular mechanisms underlying the excellent germplasm characteristics. In this paper, the molecular mechanism underlying meat quality and cold resistance phenotype of Min pig was reviewed in depth and systematically. The contents will provide data for the conservation, utilization and industrialization development of Min pig.
