摘要
碗扣式满堂支架法是桥梁箱梁施工中较常用的一种施工方法,具有拼装快、制作工艺简单、运输方便、作业容易、施工时间短等优点,支架的承载力与稳定性对于桥梁的安全施工相当重要。现以实际工程项目为例,采用手算以及Midas civil建立碗扣式满堂支架模型电算的方式,分别对整体稳定性、水平杆稳定性、碗扣承载力和对拉钢管进行了验算,用具体的数据验证了支架结构的安全性,并为施工建设提供可靠的指导和建议,为类似的工程提供参考。
The bowl-buckled full-hall support method is a common construction method in the construction of bridge box girder.It has the advantages of quick assembly,simple manufacturing technology,convenient transportation,easy operation and short construction time.The bearing capacity and stability of the support are very important for the safe construction of the bridge.Based on the practical engineering project,the whole stability,the horizontal rod stability,the bowl buckle bearing capacity and the drawing steel pipe are checked by hand calculation and Midas civil computer calculation.The safety of the support structure is verified by concrete data,and reliable guidance and suggestions are provided for construction and similar projects.
