摘要
孜然(Cuminum cyminum L.)是一种在世界范围内广泛应用的香料植物,含有枯茗醛、枯茗酸和黄酮类等活性物质,具有抗菌、抗氧化、杀虫等生理作用。孜然秸秆和提取精油后的固体残留物具有较高的营养价值,可作为动物饲料来源。本文就孜然中的活性物质及其生理作用、孜然的主要利用方式、营养价值及其在畜禽生产中的应用作一综述,并提出潜在研究方向和发展前景。
Cumin(Cuminum cyminum L.)is a spicy plant that widely used in the world.Cumin and its by-products contain some active substances,such as cuminaldehyde,cuminic acid and flavonoids,which have antibacterial,antioxidant and insecticidal activities.The cumin straw and the solid residues extracted from essential oil have high nutritional value,and they can be used as animal feed sources.This paper reviews the active substances of cumin and its physiological action,the main use patterns,nutritional value of cumin and its application in livestock and poultry production,and it puts forward the potential research direction and development prospect.
