摘要
现阶段,城市化建设发展下的基础设施项目得到了数量和规模上的扩展,因而构建绩效评级指标体系显得尤为重要。因氏,本文就针对基础设施建设项目绩效评价指标体系构建研究中的影响因素和需要遵循的原则进行了详细阐述,并结合郑州市高新区基础设施建设项目的发展现状,提出了相关的建议和措施,以便能够精细化管理高新区基础设施建设项目的各项工作内容,从而加强建设项目的整体质量安全水平。
At this stage,the number and scale of infrastructure projects under the development of urbanization have been expanded,so it is particularly important to build a performance rating index system.Therefore,this paper expounds in detail the influencing factors and principles to be followed in the research on the construction of infrastructure construction project performance evaluation index system,and puts forward relevant suggestions and measures in combination with the development status of infrastructure construction projects in Gaoxin District in Zhengzhou City,so as to finely manage the work contents of infrastructure construction projects in Gaoxin District in Zhengzhou City,So as to strengthen the overall quality and safety level of the construction project.
