考虑非线性接触及车辆动载铺装层动力分析 被引量:2

Dynamic Analysis of Pavement Considering Nonlinear Contact and Vehicle Dynamic Load

摘要 为探究铺装层动力响应,采用多体动力学、超弹性理论建立车辆、橡胶轮胎以及铺装层-简支桥有限元模型。通过显式求解法计算并与相关试验对比,验证计算假定和计算方法的合理性。结果表明:所建模型具有一定适用性,可用于铺装层动力分析;非线性接触及车辆动载作用下,环氧沥青混凝土层和混凝土层拉应力明显;混凝土层最大纵向拉应力、横向拉应力、横向剪应力无路面不平度时分别为1.290、0.805、0.061 MPa,C级路面不平度时分别为2.230、2.060、0.067 MPa,分别增大72.868%、155.9%、9.836%;为保护铺装层,施工和运营期应控制路面不平度不低于A级。 In order to explore the dynamic response of pavement,the finite element models of vehicle,rubber tire and pavement-simply supported bridge were established by using multibody dynamics theory and hyper-elasticity theory.The models were calculated by explicit method and the results were compared with related experiments.The rationality of the calculation assumption and calculation method was reasonable.The results show that the model has certain applicability and can be used for dynamic analysis of pavement.Under the action of nonlinear contact and vehicle dynamic load,the tensile stress of the epoxy asphalt concrete layer and concrete layer are obvious.The maximum longitudinal tensile stress,transverse tensile stress,and transverse shear stress of the concrete layer are 1.290 MPa,0.805 MPa,and 0.061 MPa respectively when there is no pavement roughness,and 2.230 MPa,2.060 MPa,and 0.067 MPa respectively when there is grade C pavement roughness,increased by 72.868%,155.9%,9.836%respectively.In order to protect the pavement layer,the pavement roughness should be controlled not to be lower than Grade A during the period of construction and operation.
