摘要
针对铁路货车下心盘螺栓拧紧过程需两名员工手动操作悬臂吊及拧紧机完成拧紧轴套筒与待拧紧螺栓的对位,并由人工卡紧及卸载螺母反力机构,导致人力投入大、生产效率低的问题,设计一种基于机器视觉的全自动下心盘螺栓拧紧机。通过自动识别螺栓位置及转向架型号、自动对位拧紧、自动卡紧和卸载反力机构,实现下心盘螺栓拧紧过程的无人化操作,大大提升了下心盘螺栓拧紧的作业效率。
In view of the situation that two employees need to manually operate the cantilever crane and the tightening machine to complete the alignment between the tightening shaft sleeve and the bolts to be tightened,and the nut reaction force mechanism is clamped and unloaded manually,which leads to the large manpower input and low production efficiency,a kind of automatic tightening machine for the bolts of the lower center plate based on machine vision was designed.Through the automatic identification of bolt position and bogie model,automatic contraposition tightening,automatic clamping and unloading reaction force mechanism,the humanless operation of the bolts tightening process of the lower center plate was realized,and the operation efficiency of the lower center plate bolts tightening was greatly improved.
