摘要
通过对贵阳市参与现代学徒制人才培养工作的工科学徒进行问卷调查,了解学徒在学习、生活中与师傅的关系等情况。调查发现:有相当数量的学徒很少能主动向企业师傅寻求帮助,偏向被动学习;学徒认为师傅最应该改进的不是技术技能而是沟通艺术和教学技巧;师徒间较少讨论工作之外的生活话题,师傅难以了解学徒的所思所想;学徒对当前的师徒关系状态满意度不高等。据此提出:学徒由“学校人”成长为“企业人”,必须能够主动学习、认真求教;师傅不仅是“技术传授者”,更应是“职业引路人”,引领学徒坚定职业理想,成就职业人生;师徒关系应由“指导者—受教者”向“引导者—学习者”转变,成就亦师亦友的良好关系。
Through the questionnaire survey of Engineering apprentices who participated in the modern apprenticeship training in Guiyang City,the relationship between apprentices and masters in their study and life is studies.The survey shows that a considerable number of apprentices are rarely able to actively seek help from the enterprise master,preferring to passive learning.The apprentice thinks that what the master should improve most is not the technical skills,but the art of communication and teaching skills;There is less discussion about life topics between teachers and apprentices,so it is difficult for teachers to understand what the apprentices think;The apprentices are not satisfied with the current status of master-apprentice relationship,and there is still room for improvement.Therefore,it is proposed that apprentices should be able to learn actively when they grow up from“school people”to“enterprise people”;The master is not only a“technology teacher”,but also a“Career Guide”,leading the apprentices to firm their career ideals and achieve their career life;The relationship between teachers and apprentices should be changed from passive to active,so as to achieve a good relationship between teachers and friends.
