摘要
目的:分析腹腔镜下穿孔修补术治疗老年胃溃疡合并胃穿孔的临床效果。方法:收治老年胃溃疡合并胃穿孔患者98例,随机分为两组,各49例。A组应用腹腔镜下穿孔修补术治疗;B组应用开腹穿孔修补术治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:A组治疗后生活质量评分高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组术中出血量、住院时间及并发症发生率均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下穿孔修补术治疗老年胃溃疡合并胃穿孔的临床预后效果更佳,一方面能够减少术中出血量、住院时间及并发症发生率,另一方面还可以保证患者的生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic perforation repair in the treatment of gastric ulcer combined with gastric perforation in the elderly.Methods:98 elderly patients with gastric ulcer and gastric perforation were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 49 cases in each group.The group A was treated with laparoscopic perforation repair.The group B was treated with open perforation repair.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The quality of life score of the group A was higher than that of group B after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and complication rate in the group A were lower than those in the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic perforation repair has a better clinical prognosis for elderly gastric ulcer combined with gastric perforation.On the one hand,it can reduce intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and complication rate,and on the other hand,it can ensure the quality of life of patients.
