摘要
以红掌品种‘大哥大’的组培苗为试验材料,研究适合其水培生长的营养液离子浓度、营养液更换时间及培养条件。结果表明,在实验室条件下,红掌组培苗水培生长的最适培养条件为:不加生长素的改良1/10MS营养液、营养液更换周期为7~14 d、培养温度为25℃。
Tissue cultured seedling of Anthurium andraeanum L.‘Mobile’are used as test materials to study the ion concentration of nutrient solution,the changing time of nutrient solution and the condition of hydroponic culture.The results show that,the optimum culture conditions for the hydroponic growth of Anthurium test-tube seedlings are as follows:1/10 MS nutrient solution without auxin,the nutrient solution replacement cycle of 7-14 d,and the culture temperature of 25℃.
