摘要
煤层气井排采设备的选取对煤层气井的排采效果具有重要影响,DFS-X井为多分支水平井,该井的井斜角大,为实现该井的正常排采,采用无运动部件的同心管射流泵进行排采。射流泵在排采过程中动力液保持在10~12 MPa之间,稳产阶段日产气量在1 500~2 500 m^(3)·d^(-1),日产水量6~10 m^(3)·d^(-1),排采作业期间设备可以连续运行,该煤层气井实现了连续稳定排采,排采效果较好。排采期间无偏磨问题影响,排采液可带出部分煤粉,减少了卡泵和喉管堵塞问题的产生。修井时只需要反循环动力液起出泵芯更换零部件,修井时间短,费用成本较低,可实现多分支水平煤层气井的高效连续排采。
The selection of CBM well drainage equipment has an important impact on the drainage effect of CBM wells. Well DFS-X is a multi-branch horizontal well. The well has a large inclination angle. In order to realize the normal drainage and production of this well, concentric tube jet pump without moving parts is used for drainage. During the drainage and extraction process of the jet pump, the power fluid is maintained between 10 MPa and 12 MPa. The daily gas production in the stable production stage is between 1 500~ 2 500 m^(3)·d^(-1), and the daily water production was 6~10 m^(3)·d^(-1). The equipment can continuously run during the drainage operation. The continuous and stable drainage effect is better. During the drainage period, there is no eccentric wear problem. The drainage fluid can take out part of the coal powder, reducing the problem of stuck pump and throat blockage. During workover, only reverse circulation power fluid is required to replace the pump core. The workover time is short and the cost is low. It can realize the efficient and continuous drainage of multi-branch horizontal coalbed methane wells.
