摘要
为考察中国肉牛养殖区域布局演变规律,探究中国各肉牛养殖优势产区内养殖布局影响因素的作用差异,基于2002-2017年的相关统计数据,分析了4个养殖优势区域发展状况,利用面板数据模型研究这些影响因素在不同区域内的重要程度和差异性。结果表明:(1)肉牛养殖布局整体上呈现中原优势区向其他优势区转移的基本趋势,内蒙古和云南成为肉牛养殖新兴区域,肉牛养殖重心向西南方向移动;(2)省际间肉牛出栏量具有全局空间正相关性,我国肉牛养殖热点逐步集中布局在以云南、贵州、东北四省和河南、河北、山东三省;(3)中国肉牛养殖布局是多种因素共同作用的结果,其中消费市场潜力、交通通达性、肉牛规模饲养比率、环境规制、工资性收入比例的影响较大,但由于各优势区内资源禀赋不同,各影响因素在不同养殖优势区域的影响程度有明显的差异性。
To study the variation laws of area layout of Chinese beef cattle breeding,and explore the difference between China and the dominant beef cattle breeding regions in terms of layout effect,the paper used relevant statistics from 2002 to 2017 and analyzed the development condition of four cultivation dominant areas.The panel data model was applied to study the significance and difference of these factors in different regions.The results showed that(1)The beef cattle breeding layout showed a basic trend of shifting from the Central Plains to other dominant areas.Inner Mongolia and Yunnan have emerged for beef cattle breeding,and the center of beef cattle breeding is moving to the southwest.(2)There is a positive correlation between the quantity of beef cattle output between provinces.The beef cattle farms in China are gradually centralized in Yunnan,Guizhou,northeast China and Henan,Hebei and Shandong provinces.(3)The distribution of beef cattle breeding in China is the result of many factors,among them,consumer market potential,transportation accessibility,beef cattle scale farming ratio,environmental regulation and wage income ratio have a greater impact.However,due to the different resource endowment in each advantageous region,the impact of each factor is significantly different in various advantageous regions.
