摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种全身系统性自身免疫性疾病,常可同时累及多个组织、器官,因此临床表现复杂,并发症多样。骨坏死(ON)是SLE常见的并发症,致残率高,给患者的生活质量带来严重影响。越来越多的研究表明,SLE疾病本身、糖皮质激素的应用、基因等均与骨坏死有着密切的关系,但具体机制尚未阐明。本文旨在回顾近年来SLE患者并发骨坏死的发病机制、临床特征及其诊断治疗等方面的研究进展。
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a systemic autoimmune disease that often involves multiple tissues and organs.Therefore,its clinical manifestations are complex and its complications are diverse.Osteonecrosis(ON)is a common complication of SLE with a high disability rate,which seriously affects the quality life of patients.More and more studies have shown that SLE itself,the application of glucocorticoids,and genes are closely related to osteonecrosis,but the specific mechanism has not been clarified.The purpose of this paper is to review the recent progress in the pathogenesis,clinical features,diagnosis,and treatment of osteonecrosis in SLE patients.
