摘要
近年来信息技术的快速发展,让网络营销和电子商务等领域得到了空前发展。发展网络营销和电子商务模式具有拓展市场范围、降低营销成本、提升企业影响力等优势,成为了企业提升竞争力的重要转型方向。我国饲料企业数量众多,在激烈的市场竞争环境下,许多企业从经营战略、管理方式、技术水平等方面寻找降低企业生产成本的方式,其中发展电子商务平台,走网络营销路径成为了饲料企业尝试的重点领域之一。本文以饲料企业为研究对象,基于目前饲料企业对网络营销人才的基本要求,即具有跨学科专业知识储备和良好的实践能力、沟通能力、协调能力,进一步分析出目前饲料企业在网络营销人才培养过程存在的不足之处,并提出提升对网络营销人才实践能力重视程度,完善多元化的网络营销人才实践能力培训方式和实践能力培训过程与企业实际相结合等建议,为我国饲料企业创新型人才培养提供理论参考。
In recent years,the rapid development of information technology,relying on advanced technologies such as the Internet and informatization,has enabled unprecedented development in fields such as network marketing and e-commerce.The development of network marketing and e-commerce models has the advantages of expanding market scope,reducing marketing costs,and enhancing corporate influence,and has become an important transformation direction for companies to enhance their competitiveness.There are a large number of feed companies in my country.In the fierce market competition environment,many companies are looking for ways to reduce their production costs in terms of business strategy,management methods,and technical levels.Among them,the development of e-commerce platforms and online marketing have become one of the key areas for feed companies'attempts.This article took feed companies as the research object,based on the basic requirements of current feed companies for online marketing talents,namely have interdisciplinary professional knowledge reserves,good practical skills,communication skills,and coordination capabilities,and further analyzed the current feed companies’training in online marketing talents.For the shortcomings of the process,in view of the current lack of practical ability of network marketing talents in feed companies,this article suggested that feed companies should increase their emphasis on the practical ability of network marketing talents,and improve the diversified training methods and practical ability training of network marketing talents.The suggestions of combining the process with the actual situation of the enterprise provide a theoretical reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in China's feed enterprises.
