摘要新冠疫情给具有明显集聚性的会展业带来不可估量的影响,但有关疫情对于会展业影响的相关研究却不多,已有研究主要停留在宏观层面的定性分析上,缺乏定量分析的文献。故本文选取贵州省的会展企业作为调查对象,运用SPSS进行频数统计与交叉分析,研究疫情对贵州会展业的具体影响情况,从受疫情影响总体情况、企业经营的影响、企业用工需求和员工待遇的影响等方面探究贵州会展业受疫情影响的表征情况,以及政府帮扶政策的落实情况,包括政策知晓、政策落实、政策效果等的具体体现。力求在定量分析的基础上更加客观地提出后疫情时期政府、会展企业、行业组织几大层面的对策建议,为会展业的快速恢复与长远发展提供有益参考。 The COVID-19 epidemic has an immeasurable impact on the convention and exhibition industry with obvious agglomeration,but there are not many relevant studies on the impact of the epidemic on the convention and exhibition industry.Existing studies mainly focus on qualitative analysis at the macro level,and there is a lack of quantitative analysis in the literature.Therefore,this paper selects convention and exhibition companies in Guizhou Province as the survey object,and uses SPSS to conduct frequency statistics and cross-analysis to study the specific impact of the epidemic on the convention and exhibition industry in Guizhou.The article explores the characterization of the Guizhou convention and exhibition industry affected by the epidemic from the overall situation of the epidemic,the impact of corporate operations,the impact of corporate employment needs and employee benefits,and the implementation of government assistance policies.The article strives to put forward more objective countermeasures and suggestions for the government,exhibition companies,and industry organizations in the post-epidemic period based on quantitative analysis,so as to provide a useful reference for the rapid recovery and long-term development of the exhibition industry.
