摘要
目的探究经阴道四维超声子宫输卵管造影检查术对不孕症患者子宫输卵管通畅的评估价值。方法30例不孕症患者,均经阴道四维超声子宫输卵管造影检查术进行检查。分析患者输卵管通畅性检查结果及疼痛不良反应发生情况。结果30例患者中共检查输卵管59条,其中1例患者单侧输卵管切除,通而不畅26条(44.07%),输卵管阻塞12条(20.34%),通畅21条(35.59%)。30例患者中4级疼痛反应0例,3级疼痛反应1例(3.33%),2级疼痛反应10例(33.33%),1级疼痛反应17例(56.67%),0级疼痛反应2例(6.67%)。结论经阴道四维超声子宫输卵管造影检查术可以有效评估不孕症患者输卵管的通畅性,对输卵管的形态结构、走行等进行立体动态的观察,是一种安全有效的检查方式。
Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal 4-dimensional ultrasound hysterosalpingography in assessing fallopian tube patency in patients with infertility.Methods 30 patients with infertility were selected and observed by transvaginal 4-dimensional ultrasound hysterosalpingography to analyze the patency of the fallopian tube and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results A total of 59 fallopian tubes were examined in 30 patients,of which 1 patient had unilateral tubectomy,26 tubes(44.07%)were partially obstructed,12 tubes(20.34%)were obstructed and 21 tubes(35.59%)were patent.Among the 30 patients,there was no grade 4 pain response,1 patient(3.33%)with grade 3 pain response,10 patients(33.33%)with grade 2 pain response,and 17 patients(56.67%)with grade 0 pain response,and 2 patients(6.67%)with grade 0 pain response.Conclusion The transvaginal 4-dimensional ultrasound hysterosalpingography can effectively assess the patency of the fallopian tube.It is a safe and effective way to observe the shape and structure of the fallopian tube dynamically.
