摘要
超特长引水隧洞是跨流域调水工程项目的控制性工程,施工面临突涌水、塌方等诸多地质灾害风险。为研究适用于TBM法施工超特长隧洞地质灾害预报方法,通过调研地质灾害预报预警技术的发展历程与技术现状,提出TBM法施工超特长隧洞地质灾害预报面临的挑战和关键问题。针对上述挑战与难题,建立超特长隧洞TBM施工不良地质全覆盖预报系统,即“115”超前地质预报系统。该系统包括“1 km”千米级宏观地质预报、“100 m”百米级长距离地质预报和“50 m”十米级短距离精细探查预报3个层次,通过多元信息联合反演分析,实现对掌子面前方不良地质和可能由其引发的地质灾害形式的全覆盖预报。采用“115”超前地质预报系统在北疆供水二期工程地质灾害预报中开展了工程实践和应用,准确预报了隧洞施工过程中不良地质发育情况,保证了超特长隧洞TBM高效掘进和安全施工。
Extra-long water-diversion tunnels are widely used in inter-basin water transfer projects,and they are faced with many geohazard risks,such as water inrush,rock collapse,and large deformation.To study the geological prediction methods applicable to extra-long TBM tunnels,the development history and technical status of geohazard prediction and early warning technologies are discussed.The challenges and issues faced in the development of adverse geological prediction for extra-long TBM tunnels are summarized.To address these challenges,a full-coverage geological prediction method system for extra-long tunnels,namely,the"1 km+100 m+50 m"geological prediction system,is developed.Then,the main components and the implementation process of the"1 km+100 m+50 m"geological prediction system is presented.This system consists of"1 km"macro-scale geological prediction(kilometer scale),"100 m"long-distance geological prediction(hundred-meter scale),and"50 m"short-distance precise prediction(ten-meter scale).By means of multi-source integrated inversion analysis,the realization of full-coverage prediction of adverse geological conditions and possible geological disasters ahead of the tunnel face is achieved.The results from the engineering applications using the"1 km+100 m+50 m"geological prediction system in the water supply projectⅡin Xinjiang show that this system can accurately predict the adverse geological conditions and ensure the safe and efficient TBM tunneling operations for extra-long tunnels.
