摘要
信息和通信技术飞速发展背景下,采用高清视频会议系统的视频会议已经成为一种最高效、最快捷的工作方式,能够快速地传达执行精神,高效安排工作,在关键时刻也能发挥应急救援、应急处置和维稳的功能。在高清视频会议系统越来越规范、安全要求越来越严格、使用单位越来越广泛的今天,利用高清视频会议系统召开会议成为一种普遍现象。本文以某公司高清视频会议系统建设为例,介绍了高清会议系统备选型与配置方法。在技术方面,介绍了当前视频会议的主流标准,并根据实际工作的需要,提出了视频会议配置和选型的具体方案。
Under the background of rapid development of information and communication technology,video conference using high-definition video conference system has become one of the most efficient,the most efficient way to work,can quickly convey the spirit of implementation,efficient arrangement of work.It can also play the role of emergency rescue,emergency response and stability maintenance at critical moments.Nowadays,as the hd video conference system becomes more and more standardized,the security requirements are more and more strict,and the use units are more and more widespread,it has become a common phenomenon to make full use of hd video conference system to hold meetings.Taking a company's hd video conference system as an example,this paper introduces the alternative type and configuration method of hd conference system.In terms of technology,the current mainstream standard of video conference is introduced,and according to the needs of practical work,the specific scheme of configuration and selection of video conference is put forward.
